Order cancellationfrom the user
In addition to the other cases mentioned here, you can cancel your order in the following cases:
Before placing your order, you can technically remove the quantities of Products from your cart that you do not wish to order, by pressing the "X" button which activates the removal of the corresponding Products.
After our notification of receipt of your order but before confirming its acceptance with the notification of shipment of products and for a period of one (1) hour, you can cancel your order by sending an email to our email address or by phone to our store during the above opening hours.
The email is considered to have been received by us for the purposes of the above, the next working day from the date of sending.And we can cancel your order according to the above, only if the relevant message is received before sending to you the shipping confirmation of your products.
In addition, in case our online store modifies your order in accordance with the provisions herein, you have the option to cancel your order in the part of it that can not be executed by us.
For orders destined for delivery abroad, it applies that in case you wish to cancel your order, before receiving the products, you will be charged with the return costs required to return the products to the headquarters of our Company in Greece.
Order cancellation from the online store
In addition to the other cases mentioned herein, our online store may cancel at any stage your order and/or the Sales Agreement in the following cases:
-Due to a technical error, the product you have ordered is not available and has not been able to update the system, and/or when it can no longer be supplied by our company for any reason.
-Due to a technical error, the price indicated on the product, or its description is incorrect.
-At our absolute discretion, we consider that you are involved in unfair practices with the submission of the order, or when you do not make fair use of the ordering system of the online store.
- Non-payment.
- Non-receipt of the Products in accordance with the terms hereof.
- The execution of the order is contrary to laws, rules and regulations.
-In cases of force majeure.
In case the product of the canceled order has been paid, our company will refund your money without undue delay.
