Conditions for exercising the right
You have a period of fourteen (14) calendar days to withdraw from the purchase you may have made through our online store, without stating the reasons or providing us with any explanation regarding your desire to return the product(s) (unnecessary withdrawal).
The above deadline of fourteen (14) calendar days for the exercise of the right of withdrawal is set from the next day that you or any person you indicate to us as responsible for the receipt of your products, acquire physical possession of the products. In case you have ordered more than one product with one order and which are delivered separately, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal according to the above, starts from the next day that you or any person you indicate to us as responsible for receiving the products(other than the carrier) acquires the physical possession of the last good. In any case, if the expiration of the deadline coincides with a weekend or public holiday, it is extended until the next working day.
Procedures for exercising the right
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must, before the expiration of the exercise period in accordance with the above, inform us of your decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement that we have concluded, with a statement that you will notify us either by phone during the opening hours of our physical store, either by email to our e-mail address, or by message on our social media pages, or by filling in the form "RETURN CERTIFICATE" which is attached to the delivery note upon receipt of the product and giving the form to our courier partner at the same time as he visits you to deliver the product to you.

Consumer obligations upon withdrawal
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, you must send us your statement of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires in accordance with the provisions hereof. You expressly agree that your notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal shall be deemed to have reached us within the next working day following the sending of the request for withdrawal to us in accordance with the provisions herein.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal in accordance with the above, you must returnthe product from the purchase of which you withdraw immediately, without undue delay and in any case within fourteen (14) calendar days from the day on which we received the announcement of your decision to withdraw from the contract of sale in accordance with the provisions hereof, to our physical store at 4 Parasiou Street in Komotini.
The deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the Products before the end of the 14 calendar day period, as defined above.
Theprove of the timely(the date on which the request for withdrawal was submitted to our company) exercise of the right of withdrawal is by law your obligation, in order for us to calculate in turn the legal deadlines arising from this and the law.
The cost of returning the products from the purchase of which you withdraw, is borne by us unless it is an order concerning abroad or Cyprus.
Obligations of the Company
Subject to the express terms herein, if you withdraw from any of your purchases in accordance with the provisions hereof, we will refund all money we have received from you including any delivery costs, however deducting the return cost.
The refund will be made immediately, without undue delay and in any case no later than twenty (20) days from the date the Company will receive the products you returned.
The refund of your money, if the purchase of the product from which you withdraw was made by cash on delivery, is done by crediting your bank account which you will notify us when exercising the right of withdrawal, as by accepting these terms explicitly and unconditionally you declare that you consent to a different way of returning your money as a result of withdrawal. If the payment was made by debit/credit card or Paypal, your money will be refunded to your debited account.
You have the right, and not the obligation, instead of refunding your money according to the above in case of withdrawal, to choose the credit of your money in your Account kept in our online store. In this case you will have to apply for the credit explicitly in your respective withdrawal communication. In case you do not declare when submitting the withdrawal request your desire to credit the amount corresponding to the value of the product from the purchase of which you withdraw according to the above, the amount will be returned to you in accordance with the provisions herein.
Return of Products due to withdrawal
We have the right to delay the return of your money until we receive back the products from the purchase of which you return to the same good condition in which you received them. In case of withdrawal according to the above, it is clarified that any products that you have bought with a discount due to the purchase of the product from which you withdraw, must be returned together with the main product from whose purchase you withdraw, otherwise the withdrawal is considered as not exercised by you and therefore no obligation is generated for us.
You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to reduce the value of the products you return, which (reduction) occurs as a result of the management of these products by you, other than that which is necessary to determine the nature and properties of the products. It is clarified, however, that in order to get your money back in case of withdrawal or if you choose to make the credit/change, the product we received as a result of your withdrawal must be in excellent condition, received without damage and complete, in its original packaging and accompanied by all relevant documents (receipt, return form and/or proof of return, distinctive product cards).
Our Company does NOT receive products that are returned upon your departure and which have dirt, damage, abrasions, creases and generally give us the impression that they have been used beyond what is necessary to determine their suitability.
All products must be returned in good general condition and clean as delivered by our Company.
Also, the returned product must be accompanied by all the necessary documents that you received upon receipt, otherwise the Company does not receive them as you agree that the right of withdrawal has not been legally exercised and in accordance with the terms hereof.
