Payment Methods - Charges
The shipping cost for the Greek Territory is:
-For purchases up to 150.00 euros the shipping cost depends on the shipping method you choose
-For purchases over 150.00 euros, we give you the shipping costs as a gift.
-If you want the delivery to be made on Saturday, please state it in the customer note when placing your order. (The additional cost is € 2.50 regardless of the final amount of your order).
The Products, prices, shipping terms (place, time, etc.) are those listed in the Registration Confirmation of your order. Payment is made before or upon delivery of the product and can be made by one of the following payment methods.
1. Cash on delivery of the price of your order upon delivery of the product to the place you have chosen
2. With VISA or MASTERCARD credit card issued by any bank. In this case, for your own safety, you must be present for the receipt of your order with your ID.
3. By deposit in a bank account. In this case, your order is sent after you send us by email or fax the registered depository in which the order number must necessarily be mentioned as a reason (delivery time starts from the date of sending the depository). You are also given the opportunity to choose whether the document that will be issued for your order will be a retail receipt or sales invoice. Invoice is issued to companies and freelancers if they fill in the following information during their order: Company name, VAT number, Tax Office, Headquarters and profession for the freelancers.
Product purchase information: The necessary information for each transaction is your name, ID number (to ensure identity with your credit card details after you choose to buy by credit), a landline, address (street, city, postal code), shipping address of the order and type of document (receipt, invoice). At the same time, we voluntarily request some information such as mobile phone number (in case we need to contact you directly), fax number and profession.

After your order and if you are a new customer we will contact you via e-mail (at the email address indicated by you) or by phone to confirm your order.
